Can I change the bedrooms?? Yes, you may change the number and type of beds we furnish as standard, the standard model will include a double bed in one room and two singles in the other.

Can I add more sleeping space?? Yes, preconstruction only, you may configure the Condo as a three bedroom unit. To do this we eliminate the upstairs bath and convert it to a single bedroom.

How are the bedrooms furnished?? Each  bedroom will be furnished with beds, wardrobe, dresser and nightstands, each bedroom will also include a ceiling fan as well as complete bedding.

Can I have air conditioning?? This is an option that can added to any room as required.

Can I change the bathrooms?? Yes, preconstruction, the upstairs bath may be eliminated and replaced with a single third bedroom, the downstairs bath would be expanded to include a shower.

What is included in the bathrooms?? The standard model will have a full bath (sink, toilet and shower) upstairs with a half bath (sink and toilet only) downstairs, each bath will also be complete with fixtures, mirror, towel rack as well as a set of towels.

What are the standard furnishings?? In the kitchen the standard model will include: Cabinets Stove Sink Refrigerator Kitchen table with chairs Pots and pans Dishes and glassware Silverware Ceiling fan Dish towels Dish Washer In the Living room: Couch Coffee table Chairs Ceiling fan In the Bedrooms and Bathrooms: see above Also Included is a Washer and Dryer for your laundry.

How will the Maid Service operate?? This is available on a fee basis or as part of the rental service.

How does the Rental Service operate?? Condominium owners may place their units in Monograms Rental program, each unit in the program will be rented in sequence, it is anticipated that the rental potential is R$1250 per month There will be a fee for the rental service which will include the maid service as well.

What is the cost of the condominiums and do you provide Financing?? Each stand alone unit sells for $80,000 (USD), with the duplex units selling for $77,750 (USD) With a 25% down payment, Monogram will consider financing the balance at 12% intrest for a period not to exceed 10 years.
